• Text must be set to paths/outlines
• Full page adverts must have 3mm bleed.
Eps / Jpeg / Tif Files:
• If the advert is supplied as a flat image file the resolution must be a minimum of 300dpi and supplied as CMYK.
• No RGB, LAB, Spot or special 5th colours will be accepted.
• Files must contain layers.
• Full page adverts must have 3mm bleed.
ALL COLOURS MUST BE SET TO CMYK. ALL IMAGES MUST BE 300 DPI AND NOT USED GREATER THAN 100%. FULL PAGE ADVERTS MUST HAVE 3MM BLEED. DO NOT SEND MICROSOFT WORD, POWERPOINT OR PUBLISHER DOCUMENTS. ADVERTS SUPPLIED THAT ARE NOT TO SPECIFICATION WILL BE RETURNED AND ONE OPPORTUNITY TO RE-SUPPLY WILL BE GIVEN BEFORE A CHARGE IS INCURRED FOR EACH RESUBMISSION.
Delivery:
Email is the preferred method of delivery for advertising material: lian.r@yandellmedia.com. The maximum file size we will accept is currenty 10MB. Apple mac compatible CD’s will also be accepted providing they are clearly marked. A colour match should be included and disks requiring returning must be accompanied by a stamped addressed envelope. We no longer accept adverts via ISDN and do not accept separate film, or artwork bromides.
DEADLINE IS THE FIRST OF THE MONTH PRIOR TO THE MONTH OF PUBLICATION
ADVERTISING PROOFS WILL NOT BE SENT UNLESS REQUESTED.
